[SOLVED] Question regarding incorrect battery icon

^So I am observing this from quite a while that more often than not, battery icon shown in tint2 panel is often incorrect. As you can see in above picture, battery is charging and is at 62% but from looking at battery icon, it looks like it is fully charged. In same context, when battery is actually at 20%, but visually the battery icon make it look like it is at 50%. I don't understand why this happens? Does anyone know how to remedy this? So that battery icon shows visually accurately with the actual battery level percent.
