Editing menu in Lithium

In the older BunsenLabs Helium I use the Openbox Menu Editor to totally revamp the menu structure.

In Lithium that appears to be gone and I don't see any similar GUI there to edit the menu. Is there one?

Or, are users supposed to manually edit a jgmenu file to make changes in the menu?
