Forum downtime.

Apologies to users who were hit by forum downtime from ~9:00 to 16:30 Japan time.
An upstream server crash combined with an unplanned package upgrade meant some configurations had to be edited.

But that came back up pretty soon, right? Once I'd done a proper reboot.

It was the forum that took all day.
