Strange terminal behavior

Can someone help me with this? After starting up the pc the terminal do this by itself? Also when i want to use the openbox menu it flickers? Sometimes when i tap some keys on the keyboard everything is back normal?

Check your shell initialisation file (~/.bashrc?). Looks like you have some weird characters in there.

EDIT: sorry, didn't read the OP carefully enough.

Does this also happen if you load up a live ISO image?

after cleaning (removed everything) all is back normal
