added testing over bookworm

i added the testing repo over bookworm a couple of days ago.
so far so good!

at first about 1.5k pkgs were held, but then after a few rounds. it's all good to go. nothing held.

my only issue as i've mentioned was that Telegram-Desktop was uninstalled. i knew it would be. my point is. i can't complain. it's good. i think it's really good!
