Hi
I just downloaded the ISO 64 bit, transferred it to a USB and ran BL on my chromebook via USB.
Everything went well. I did the checksum and used Startup disk maker on another computer to make the USB.
Problem: when I do the get update and get upgrade command in terminal, it seems my FAT32 section goes from 1.9GB to 700MB.
Then when I try to launch the browser etc, the memory goes down even more and the system freezes.
The funny thing is when I look at Gparted, it shows the sba with the USB at 28.8 GB, (the USB is a 32 GB USB).
But when I looked at my system drive on my chromebook, I think the program is installing the updates to the hard drive or to the RAM not the USB. Does that make sense?
I thought if I use the USB then the update and upgrade will all be on the USB.
Something is off. Maybe it's going into the chromebooks RAM rather than the USB?
I looked at the forums and I don't think I'm missing anything in making the USB.
Any ideas? Thanks
BTW this is a nice distribution and upgrades nicely. Thanks for coding it.

Solution found:
Must write the USB as writeable. The disk creator used was only creating the USB in read-only mode.
Now it seems to work better and less memory issue.
If you use a disk creator make it sure it creates a writeable usb.
Thanks
