Duration of Installation

Hi

I already apologize for my stupid question:

How long does it take to install Boron?

The thing is, after 30 Minutes in the process of "overwriting hd" during the installation by only doing maybe 5%, I stopped the process.
So is that normal, or a sign, that after 5 hours of installation, the whole thing fails anyway?

It shouldn't take more than a half an hour to install even on the slowest of machines.

Were you able to run the OS in LIVE mode (not installing it)? Also, what machine are you using and how did you transfer the ISO to your installation media?
