It works out well too. You can use the xfce4 keybindings to control bspwm so that's handy. That is kitty terminal in the screenshot. Using xfce4-terminal or xterm would save a bit of memory.

Main downside is bspwm does not support iconify so you lose some taskbar functionality. If you must have iconify, you can use awesome wm instead of bspwm.
