Install the Vivaldi Web Browser on Fedora and OpenSUSE

Vivaldi is a great browser and the devs have just released a milestone version (6.0). It's easy to install it in Bunsen because a .deb file is downloadable from the Vivaldi website, but not so easy to install it in Fedora. I've tried these instructions in Fedora Exton and they work, so they should be fine for the official version as well;

In OpenSUSE (or Gecko which is based on it), Vivaldi installs easily using the opi utility which I've described earlier;
