Hullo all.
I currently have my BunsenLabs install running on a USB(makes it easier to back it up to a BIN file when experimenting). I was interested in finding out if it's actually possible to change the UUID of my encrypted partition. It's just a vanity thing which I think would be cool. Eg would it be possible to have a UUID of: 12345678-FFFF-EEEE-DDDD-008765432100 specified exactly as that.
I've tried uuidgen -r 12345678-FFFF-EEEE-DDDD-008765432100 as advised by ChatGPT xD, with not much luck.
Also, besides the /etc/default/grub file what other changes would need to be made to reflect the updated UUID
My partition is LUKS encrypted also.

As far as I know, a change of the UUID is indicated in the fstab.
In the /etc/default/grub is, if at all, the UUID of the swap and, the initramfs would also have to be updated...
