I don't know how to turn off auto mounting of USB

I want to put my Steam games on a USB but is says I don't have permission I saw another form where the guy turned it off in Ubuntu but I can't do it in bunsen help would be great

Thunar File Manager (Win+F) > Edit > Preferences > Advanced tab > Configure the management...
should get you to where you can set auto-mounting etc.

I'm on a crome book so I don't have a win key do you know how I could get there without hookup a keybord ?

Just use whatever means you have to call up the file manager.

eg
Menu > File Manager
or
Alt+F2 > thunar
