Why Steam Games Won't Start?

Hello everyone. I hope you are all well. I'm new here and this is my firat post as well. Guys, I've an issue with my Steam. That is, whenever I'm trying to start any games, just showing this game already opened. I don't understand why this message is showimg. I tried to rewsolv the issue with the help of this (//digicruncher.com/steam-game-wont-stop-running/) article found after searching on Google (except Solution No. 6). Guys, can I apply the methods mentioned there without any issue? Any help would be appreciated.

As you are asking here, I guess you are running Steam on Lithium or Beryllium.
Then it's no good idea to look at solutions for Stem on windows 10/11.
