[SOLVED] Text blocks to images?

So my little 'game of life' script generates this empty line delimited blocks of text that I would like to convert to png images (each block would be a new image: block000.png, block001.png ...), what would be an 'easy way'? And yes I'am aware that imagemagick exists.

Example:
