SceneDetected frames on tty, script

A toy that became a little more than that (especially if your dealing with various video materials daily), it will scene detect and blurp 1st frame of the new scene on your tty (tested with kitty).

needs: ffmpeg, catimg (both in repos)

usage:

sceneFrame film.mov

There is also a version that shall generate html, but not tested much at this time.
