~/.config/nano/nanorc to keep things a little more uniform

I just dropped this into there:
Documents now look much more similarly formatted when opened in whichever one.
I'm inconsistent about which I use, but don't like my documents to be.

## Config to make nano behave more like geany in Bunsen and present more
## consistent formatting when the same document is opened in either.

## Automatically indent a newly created line to the same number of
## tabs and/or spaces as the preceding line -- or as the next line
## if the preceding line is the beginning of a paragraph.
set autoindent

## Display line numbers to the left (and any anchors in the margin).
set linenumbers

## Use this tab size instead of the default; it must be greater than 0.
set tabsize 4

I thogught about suggesting such a thing for Beryllium, but it's so trivial to do, I've posted it as a tip instead for anyone else who might be bugged by the difference.

It might be a good idea to copy default /etc/nanorc to ~,/config/nano/nanorc and edit it. Some other settings listed, easy to activate, but hard to remember if starting nanorc from scratch.

Probably right there, was just doing a quick hack from the manpage.
