flatpak and GTK themes

Anybody know offhand what concerns there might be in symlinking the themes in /usr/share/themes into ~/.themes so that flatpak apps can use them?

None i think. Works ok like symlink ~/.local/share/themes to ~/.themes.
If you haven't any themes in ~/.local/share/themes, you can symlink /usr/share/themes. Else, copy first from /usr/share/themes to ~/.local/share/themes.
