The meta depends on the BL modded xfce4-power-manager which in turn depends on xfce4-power-manager-data with an explicit version =
For i386 the version of xfce4-power-manager there is no xfce4-power-manager-data package with a version matching the depend, possibly the -data package was bumped a version, & for the actual program tweaking the i386 package depeds slipped someone's mind?
I deduce that from the fact the xfce4-power-manager-data package is arch=all.
The amd64 version installs just fine.

In fact it was simpler than that - I forgot to build and upload the i386 package when upgrading a couple of days ago. Because *-data is arch-agnostic it went up with amd64, but not the i386 x-p-m.
Thanks for the report!
Is it OK now?
