The June Scrot (screenshot) Thread! This is where you can post screenshots of your setup, as long as it's in line with our somewhat elaborate rules and instructions...
Please use thumbnails. Do not embed images larger than approx 250x250px (62,500px) into posts, use thumbnails linking to a hosted image instead. Thanks!
Various online free image hosts are available, such as Imgur, imgbb, freeimage.host, scrot.cloud, postimg.cc, etc...
Use the following BB code for posting please:
Imgur only provides the link to the full image, but just add "t" to the name to get a thumbnail link, and the filename extension eg:
https://i.imgur.com/7S2EJEgt.png
[ img]https://i.imgur.com/7S2EJEgt.png[/img ]
^
Imgur also provides a variety of thumbnail sizes, and the linked BBCode, in the image "View and edit" screen.
Sizes: Original · Small Square · Big Square · Small Thumbnail · Medium Thumbnail · Large Thumbnail · Huge Thumbnail
Repeat: To get the linked direct image you need make sure to add the file extension to the url. Their recommended BB code doesn't really convey this properly.
*******************
If you just want to upload a screenshot to Imgur, you can avoid a lot of the url-editing etc if you use the BunsenLabs built-in bl-image-upload utility:
Menu > BL Utilities > Take Screenshot > Imgur - Upload Screenshot > Anonymous Upload (or via Imgur account) > Screenshot Now (or whatever)
Then middle-click in the forum Message window to paste the link:https://i.imgur.com/SdicE1Mt.png
You can then "Delete" the image if desired, but don't delete the uploaded image if you want to post it ![]()
*******************
Once again when choosing a thumbnail size please keep in mind our approx 250x250px (62,500px) thumbnail file size constraints.
I don't care what you do at home. Would you care to explain?

^ You can use raster images in neofetch now, or is that some other utility?
Spent the last hour giving Firefox 89 a beatdown. Found this useful fix but needed to make additional tweaks. I'd forgotten how much I despise editing css...

Slick GNOME desktop! I love the matching mustard theme and icons.

+1 for using LocalCDN (fork of Decentraleyes). And I only just now found out that you can change the icon colour!

Well, oversized thumbnails aside, you're making Sector11 proud with that conky. Kwin for that last Compiz-ish scrot? Cinnamon on Plasma on XFCE in you're sig, that's confusing. Needs a semi-transparent panel.

Theming Beryllium, going ol' skool GNOME2. Just a concept, nothing close to the default yet. @cog's Yeti wallpaper, GNOME2 icons, my dark-ish, vertical tint2 from Lithium, my new GTK themes and I think the matching OB theme, and jgmenu by @malm. I haven't looked at notifications yet. It's not bad, just ignore the high RAM from running it on Cinnamon without major tweaking...
I do like the black-on-grey selected background. And the icons, it's still my favorite icon set.
Notifications are fine on default for the time being (although the volume timeout is set via the systray icon, not via Notifications, but we knew this already)...
Some big panel icons with this old set! Easily tweaked in tint2. Ah, it's @cog's yeti tint2, my bad...

Brought the BL idle RAM down by removing some minor packages and moving cinnamon-screensaver from /etc/xdg/autostart to ~/.config/autostart, looking much better now (around 500 at idle vs 1.1 for my Cinnamon desktop). Still, like I've said before, once you fire up some programs the difference in resource usage between stand-alone and DE is pretty minor.

Moving it back, it's more complicated than that, and not worth messing with for 80M RAM.

Theming Beryllium,
Nice. What's that shade of blue-gray for the conky output?

686652. Wait, 646754? 867530 Nieeine! Sorry, that last one was an 80's flashback. Somewhere in the sixes there.
For a great color-picker on Bullseye, go with gcolor3 (this is a fork or a progression from a former forum user and Team Member, so plus 1 there)...

Proto-beryl looking good @hhh!
Maybe underwhelmed with the Gnome icons though. Blue-grey Papirus wouldn't fit?
