I think all is well with scrot.moe now
It would appear to have been a problem with Cloudflare rocket loader impacting site javascript...now disabled.

Direct image linking option is on the scrot'em 'TODO' list

For the moment a small code tweak will give you a direct link to the CDN (via MaxCDN) full size image.
