I need a computer cheap

Under a 100 dollers that has good CPU and Ram I love working on virtualization I don't really game at all. See I just need a computer to watch Videos an Office Work. An Geeking Some what on Installing VM's I really love bunsenlabs an this will be my dayly drive sorry for the spelling. I just someone out there would no of on laptop or desktop I could get for this productivity that am looking for... Thanks an Well Done Well Done Team

Yeah, sure.
Just get onto your favourite online selling platform and enter these restrictions.
I recommend all-Intel. And something that originally came with Windows, not ChromeOS.

I recently bought an old Dell E6530 with 8GB ram for $95 off of Craigslist.  The CPU is capable enough and another $70 brought the ram up to 16GB.

I had a Python script searching for me with a cron job and when the right deal came up, I contacted the seller.

Obviously this thread is going to draw more low-quality commentary, but this:

Works only on craigslist I guess?
If not, care to share?

PS: fwiw, I completely endorse the notion of buying quality 2nd-hand laptops for very little money. It's just pointless to put it up on a global Linux forum, too many local, real world and non-Linux variables involved.

It is only for Craigslist but I’d be happy to share if anyone is interested (I’d want to clean it up a bit first).  Very simple and brute force but the Craigslist interface is also very simple.  I am running it on a mail server so sending myself emails is very simple but I’m sure it isn’t hard to have it sign into an isp’s smtp server to send mail.

I’ve used it to search for bikes, laptops, a monitor and still looking for a high quality blender.

i got a used laptop that does everything i need with bunsenlabs off craiglist for about a hundred bucks, replaced the old hard drive for thirty and now she's a beaut!

I thought that as well, it probably won't work on anything complex like ebay or amazon (*).
But it might work on my local online ad rag (*).
It's up to you if you want to share it or not, I'm not asking you to put a lot of energy into it.

(*) with reasonable adjustment, of course

Easy, gents. We're an International forum and many of our users struggle with English, which is a difficult language for non-native speakers to grasp all the nuances of when speaking, let alone putting it into text. I mean, that last sentence was awkward as hell.

That said, and since we are an International forum, I implore those who know English to use proper English as best as they can. We are not Twitter. this is not how you communicate in written english you selfcentered lazy potato nOr Is thIs {) poopemoji !

Not a factor in this case.
OP can write long, technical postswhich are 99 ⁴⁴⁄₁₀₀% punctuationally correct; complete with good use of whitespace.
And shops in American eBay, which counts for something.

Looks like you had the same reaction I did. :-) I wasn't correct, though. I said, "Also impressed by the total lack of punctuation." Op did capitalize the first letter of the run-on sentence. All in all, I think my comment was on the genial side of possibilities.

Don't know what to make of this. Just chalk it up to "hasselhoff barfing" - glittersloth. And you didn't capitalize 'english'.
