bl-exit
The command bl-exit is provided by two packages: bunsen-exit and bunsen-exit-python.
bl-exit can be modified by /etc/bl-exit/bl-exitrc.
/etc/bl-exit/* is not included in bunsen-exit.
File /usr/share/bunsen/docs/helpfile-bl-exit.txt is not provided by any of the packages. The Yad from BL-meny "Help & Resources" => "Bunsen Help Files" => "Exit Dialog Help", comes up empty.
"man bl-exit" should maybe also point out the HelpFile?

^Thanks for bringing this up.
Default bunsen-exit uses yad and has no particular configuration, but bunsen-exit-python provides files under /etc/bl-exit/
The exit dialog helpfile was dropped because it no longer applied to the default bunsen-exit, but the menu item should have been removed too.
Now that there are two versions of man bl-exit (one for each variation) is there a need for a helpfile too?

I wanted to add hibernate and hybrid-sleep to the logout dialog. Could not get it to work before I understodd that I had to switch to bunsen-exit-python, before the old configfiles would be read.
The manpages is nearly the same. But, bl-exit manpage from bunsen-exit-python, starts with the statement: "bl-exit - a script provided by bunsen-exit-python". Similar statement is missing with package bunsen-exit.
Manpage from bunsen-exit-python, should mention that it can be configured by /etc/config/bl-exit/bl-exitrc or ~/.config/bl-exit/bl-exitrc.
Manpage for bl-exit from bunsen-exit, should mention that there is no configuration file and if you want to configure bl-exit, you can install bunsen-exit-python instead.
More info can go to the helpfile or remove the link.

Yes, since the manpages are at present auto-generated from the --help outputs, it might be less work to add a helpfile.
On the TODO list!
