Oh sure like I don't get a say here?
You do have a say, but it's a democracy, and last I checked, democracy has failed us all. Welcome to the club.
Edit:
Don't fret, corona will kill us all anyway.
Edit2:
I meant the virus, not that weaksauce beer.

ROOOOAAAAAR look out Tony!
I was trying to get the S11 context in there but couldn't think of an elegant solution.
Look at it like this:
it works out of context
it works for most Linux users
there's an additional insider joke (that one's on you then)

People are filthy. We shed, we secrete, we have microscopic bugs crawling all over us, we fling tiny particles of spit when talking to each other. Doesn't matter who you are are where you're from. Not even OpenBSD devs auditing code naked in a hermetically sealed room are exempt.

Risque, but related...
And we're back to Stallman chewing his own foot calluses. What a time to be alive.

I'll understand if you reject this quote for carrying g-sloth's "visceral" quote one step (Get it? One step? Feet! He chews his own feet!) too far. Cue A Bridge On The River Kwair (Get it? The foot has an arch, it's like a bridge. Many bridges are arches, in fact! I'm so smart!)

sorry, hhh, I'm not going to add anything denigrating RMS given recent development.
That image also makes me gag.

I could add this one though, if you want to:
But, in general, and the reason stereotypes exist... We are.
Lazy and fat. We'll fire up the riding lawnmower to get to the corner store before we'll actually walk there.
Self-centered, self-entitled and uneducated. Racist. Sexist. Class-ist. Age-ist. Drugged out, money hungry, dopamine and opiate addicted and reality-TV addicted and social-media addicted and celebrity addicted escapists. Enraged by the fake news fed to us, delighted by the SuperBowel (sic),
Homeless? Mentally challenged? Poor? Mexican? Disabled? Veteran? Screw you.
Fake jingoistic and screw the rest of the world.
So there's that.

What I get out of it: As individuals we don't have all the answers to all our questions but collectively we do much better at finding a solution. [ And that's one big zipper zapper!]*

Not sure if it's fair game to quote creators of competing operating systems...
It isn't a matter of trust, it is simply that '|sh' is the new "shar", we are no longer living in that safer time.

Funnily, just 1 or 2 hours after I posted I listened to Klaatu from Gnuworldorder explain shar.
While I totally agree with what TdR is saying there, it's just not a Bunsen quote, sorry.
But I'd like to point out that you can combine quote collections in fortune and also in bl-quotes.
Considering how some people worship de Raadt's corrosive utterances, I'm sure there's a (mis)fortune cookie collection, too...
