How to change text stile in system info and remove shortcuts text

On the UI I have system info top right corner of screen - how do I change text, size and such of that info and just bellow that I have a list of shortcuts, explaining what key combos do what.. how do I remove that shortcuts display on screen?

You will need to edit the default conkyrc file. I think there is a menu entry for doing that.

Yes there is.
Right-click the desktop => Help & Resources => Conky
Right-click the desktop => Preferences => Conky
