Wifi not working on new install

Wifi worked with the live USB but on booting the install the wifi does not work.

I looked at

but it just started working for him??.

Dmesg says reason 15=4way_handshake_timeout

Rebooting the live USB works.

Ok. Rebooting the install now works.

Something in the install sets the card into an error mode that rebooting into the live USB clears.

Perhaps just turning off the PC instead or rebooting would work too.

Simple fix but it cost me 3 hours of debugging.
