Enable system-wide middle-mice-button scrolling

apt install xinput

A script and a full story.
Change var button to 'button=2' for middle button.

Tested with:
- Chrome (pretty good, but not perfect)
p.s. unrelated, but feels cool chrome://flags/#overlay-scrollbars enabled
- Thunar (feels good)
- Urxvt (mkay)
- Geany (a bit fast)
- Gnumeric (not so good)

There is a slight delay (which should be slightly shorter, but not sure what to poke for that) before scrolling starts.

Actually right button feels better, but one will need to change alt+right window resizing in ob.
