Hi team,
I found that the currently available live image is affected by a kernel bug that freezes the system when USB3 media are ejected:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugrepo … bug=916455
It appears this bug has been fixed in Kernel 4.19.37-3:
https://tracker.debian.org/news/1040082 … -backports
Can the team create updated live images using this (or a newer) Kernel?
If someone would like to create and publish unofficial live images using this (or a newer) Kernel, that works for me as well.
Thank you!

No - Bunsenlabs is based on whichever kernel ships with Debian Stable, but there will soon be an iso for when Buster becomes the next Stable release, which should have the kernel version you need.

You could add stretch-backports to your sources list and update to latest kernel once you reboot into new installation. There's a thread that shows how to do that.
