Odd lag in File Explorer

I forget the name of the builtin file explorer, but when I fresh boot the system, there is a  pause before I can actually click on anything in the window.

I open it with Win + F, can't click anything for 45 seconds or so, then the window goes to all of the locations I selected quickly in succession, then stays at the last opened location...

I'm not sure if I am explaining this correctly, if not I will make a video or something.

Any help here?

Edit: I think my download was bad.. If I sudo almost anything it doesn't work. Going to redownload, check the sha and I will get back.

Edit2: Nevermind! Must've had a borked install.
