BunsenLabs Helium midterm iso release

To match the Debian 9.6 point release we have rebuilt our iso images (version helium-4) to incorporate the latest Debian and BunsenLabs upgrades. This means that new installers will not have to do a post-install upgrade in order to get the latest improvements and bugfixes.

For more info about BunsenLabs Helium, see the existing Helium Release Notes.

NOTE: Current users do not need to reinstall their systems. It is enough to keep packages up to date with regular apt upgrades.

I don't care what you do at home. Would you care to explain?
