BL on an Intel tab

Yo! I have Cube i7 Stylus tab, and wonder if there's a way to adapt BL for it. It's a Win10 tab, but I think BL would look better on it. Actually, I've already booted live from usb, and it seems to ok. Only touchscreen and wifi drivers are needed. So any suggestions? Syslog:

Re: BL on an Intel tab

Update. Booting BL was not a problem, but making touchscreen and wifi work is an issue. Wifi is rtl8723bu. Detected, but does not connect. Wifi from external card works fine.

Most likely needs proper firmware for the card to work. Is package realtek-firmware installed? Not sure if there's touchscreen support yet.

Re: BL on an Intel tab

Since the standard Stretch firmware-realtek has files for the 8723bu, support looks likely.

I don't know about the touchscreen...there may be support in the kernel, just not enabled. Some websearching is called for. You could try a kernel from stretch-backports, or even a backported Liquorix kernel, since that kernel enables more hardware than Debian.

Mean recompile the kernel?

You do need the nvidia drivers from backports for the 4.18 kernels.  You should also consider the backported version of the Liquorix kernel instead of the version built on Sid and its gcc-8.

Re: BL on an Intel tab

Well, I've managed to switch to 4.18 kernel, but nothing changed.
However when I boot ubuntu live usb, I get touchscreen and wireless working. Weird. It's a Wacom tab, and according to the debwiki Wacom tablets are auto-detected and natively supported on Debian.
