Excellent  wink

Thanks, had to make some tweaks after that and again this morning.
New wttr.in line is using 2 airport codes (Alert) and the city Airport in Buenos Aires. It's closer to what I get as from the national weather service as my ISP is outside of BsAs. It's only 1° different.

Will post code later today.

Well, it doesn't matter if you copy this code from @damo and paste it into the browser, or upload the image via the BL menu, you will *always* end up directly on the imgur page and have to 'click' and 'open in new tab' to get the full size.  sad

I just uploaded this image with our BL image upload script ("Upload Image" in the Thunar right-click menu) and it looks OK here:

The link takes me straight to the full-size image. Not for you? Some change in the latest firefox?

Simple one line conky. Window is set to:

own_window_type = 'dock',

so maximized window don't cover it.

It seems unpredictable.
(I've got uBlock-Origin and NoScript running, but imgur.com set to "trusted".)
I quickly opened the four urls above: the first three opened a full-sized image, and the fourth opened an imgur page.
Then I tried https://i.imgur.com/Uf7WjkW.png again and this time it was a direct link to the image. 1yFKJ9U.gif

NICE!  Always admire your conkys.

Although, I can barely ready it full screen, my lil' 5cm magnifying glass helps tons.
Getting old, need bi-focals (distance/reading) and computer glasses.

My little one liner after years of trying - I kept getting carried away 2 lines, 3 lines, sits on the bottom-middle to the right of my fbpanel, no longer maintained but still usable.  It's just s short thing so it keeps programs away from my conky:

    width = 100
    height = 24

And OB Config is set up for a 3 pixel border all around.

The only program that I know of that does not honour that 3 pixel border or fbpanel 24pixel space is Google's Youtube opened full screen.  It gives my settings the middle finger and uses 100% of the screen.

BTW: 14·11·46 = utcHOUR · localHOUR · MINUTES and the ↑→↓← arrows rotates every second.

Re: Show us your conky

Hello, my friend.  smile

Can you help my gray cells with yours?

I have an image error in conky that I know from before. Unfortunately, I can no longer categorize it. I can't find any notes in my notes.

***** Imlib2 Developer Warning ***** :
	This program is calling the Imlib call:

	imlib_render_image_part_on_drawable_at_size();

	With the parameter:

	image

	being NULL. Please fix your program.
***** Imlib2 Developer Warning ***** :
	This program is calling the Imlib call:

	imlib_free_image();

	With the parameter:

	image

	being NULL. Please fix your program.
***** Imlib2 Developer Warning ***** :
	This program is calling the Imlib call:

	imlib_image_clear();

	With the parameter:

	image

	being NULL. Please fix your program.
***** Imlib2 Developer Warning ***** :
	This program is calling the Imlib call:

	imlib_image_set_has_alpha();

	With the parameter:

	image

	being NULL. Please fix your program.
***** Imlib2 Developer Warning ***** :
	This program is calling the Imlib call:

	imlib_blend_image_onto_image();

	With the parameter:

	image

	being NULL. Please fix your program.

The example
uHPEUtOt.png

It occurs equally under wayland and xwayland in that the image is not displayed.
However, if I comment out the new feature, the error is gone and the conky is ok:

--out_to_wayland = true,
${image ~/.conky/images/labwc2-with-text.png -p 30,95 -s 90x30}

I wish I could.  I have never run wayland.
So have no experience with the lua based conky with it.

You misunderstand me.
It has nothing to do with wayland etc.

The Imlib2 developer warning also existed under conky1.9 and it has something to do with the 'structure'(?) of the image.
Darkly I remember you had a correction command for it...

Anyway, here are the examples:

Re: Show us your conky

In my test conky I have this:

# Imlib2 image cache size, in bytes. Defaults to 4MiB. Increase this value if
# you use $image lots. Set to 0 to disable the image cache.
imlib_cache_size 0

but I'm guessing that's not an issue.

Re: Show us your conky

Thank you my friend for your help.

I think it's done for now because I'm testing it under sway with wayland. Some applications still have the error that they have 'no connection to the display'.
I haven't found the solution yet.

Here, I think I have found the approach for above.
But this sid(uction) system has mastered the '64-bit time_t transition' brilliantly today. I am thrilled!  big_smile

Saw that yesterday found this bit interesting:

Feh can not create image larger than 33000 pixels, it has nothing to do with memory.

and you're welcome my friend.

I'm sure the day will come that I have to start using wayland, not looking forward to it.

For me, the reference to the 'inability of imlib2' to create thumbnails was the decisive factor. Because during the noX installation I deliberately decided to try sway with ONLY wayland.

I'm sure the day will come that I have to start using wayland, not looking forward to it.

You need NOT have any concerns.
Wayland has been ready and working for a long time. It will replace x11. It's always about the many applications that run or don't run on it. So the ball is in the developers' court as to how to make them 'Wayland-ready'.

When I say you don't need to worry, I'm referring to the fact that you will be working with the 'intermediate layer' Xwayland in any case. The installation of labwc (openbox) pulls in xwayland to make the usual 'applications' work.  smile

The sway mentioned above does not require Xwayland.
So I have two installations, sway without xwayland and labwc with xwayland. The only condition with both at the moment is that you have to create and maintain many configuration files in the $HOME yourself.
