WiFi (Intel 8260) during installation, GRUB issue

Hi guys! I'm currently trying to install bunsenlabs Helium on my Xiaomi Mi Air 12.

The installer doesn't recognize my WiFi chip and therefore I can not connect to the internet while installing. However, when starting the live system, I can connect to the internet out of the box (just entering my password).

When installing without connecting to the internet, I get the notification, that grub-efi-amd64 couldn't be installed in /target/ and that without the installation of the GRUB-Bootloader, the system won't boot (which I understand).

I don't know what to do though, how do I proceed to make the installation work?

Thanks in advance guys and let me know if I can provide you with more necessary information!

Did you actually mean the common 8260 chipset?

Oh my god, I have refreshed this page about 20 times and haven't noticed that I had a typo. Thank you and I'm sorry, of course I mean the 8260 chipset. However, right now I'm not even sure if my problem is the chipset or the GRUB.
