How are you formatting the usb stick or preparing the usb stick with Bunsenlabs iso file?

Can you let us know some more about your setup?
Are you using windows as the main OS? Dual booting linux and windows?
If you are a windows user i would recommend this tool.

yes, thank you
window 7 is only os, machine is an MSI laptop, MSI-163N i think
i tried to install 64bit bl-deuterium
i can boot live bl-deuterium in failsafe mode and it seams that everything works fine
but live in normal mode wont boot, black screen apears and nothing hapens
same with install and graphical install
i'll try pendrivelinux

The "failsafe" mode loads all available kernel modules at boot rather than relying on udev to load them on demand so it seems that your hardware isn't being recognised properly, is it brand new?
Steve is right though, Windows image transfer software does seem to be a bit flakey.
If pendrivelinux doesn't work then you could try USBWriter, others have reported success with that:

I found that problem with booting live system is nolapic
Live system is booting successfully with nolapic, everything works fine except it works on one CPU core
So,
I tried to do graphical install with nolapic-i just put nolapic in install options without clue what I'm doing- and managed to start graphical installer
Now, I got problem with installer, it can't mount cd-rom and it looks like installer tries to install system from CD
, not from usb key
It forces me to quit install

That is a common error[1] and is seen when the image is transferred incorrectly.
If you created that USB stick with USBWriter then I think your USB stick may be bad.

Interesting, thanks for the feedback — we may have to update our documentation then.
