Hi again,
After upgrading to Stretch, my Firefox (and my newly installed Chrome) do not show scrollbars on the right-hand side of the screen.
I know there are other ways to scroll a window, but does anyone know hot I can get those nice and friendly scrollbars back?
Thanks!!
(OK, I overstated the thing. It seems it's only in Firefox.)

Which gtk theme are you using? (The old BL themes are broken). Try Adwaita to see if it fixes it.

I wasn't sure where to find that, but I changed the theme to one of the new ones (as I said before, I had restored the old ones, bad idea) and the icon theme to Adwaita (in 'Openbox - Appearance') and the scrollbar is back.
Thanks again!

I wasn't sure where to find that
grep gtk-theme-name ~/{.gtkrc-2.0,.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini}
The locations are rather non-obvious, I would agree.
I suppose you could also load up lxappearance (openbox menu → Preferences → Appearance) and check what is already selected.
