Centering Text in Menu

So I have managed to work out how to center the Menu Titles in obmenu by using:

menu.title.text.justify: center

I thought that

menu.items.text.justify: center

Would do the same for the menu entries, but no.  How do I center the text in Obmenu?

Re: Centering Text in Menu

There is no justify setting for the menu text items, according to http://openbox.org/wiki/Help:Themes#Text_justification

Re: Centering Text in Menu

I searched for "menu.items" at OpenBox Wiki: Help:Themes and nothing showed "justified" as an option.  sad

Infact the only thing with "menu.items.text" was 'menu.items.text.color'.

I think you are SOL**

But then I see in one of my themes:

!! Menu text
menu.items.text.color: #000000
menu.items.justify: left
menu.items.disabled.text.color: #606060

changing left to center or right does nothing though  sad ?????

Here's right with justify added:

Does nothing  sad sad

Re: Centering Text in Menu

Thanks S11, I thought as much.  I was just needing confirmation from the gurus.

Re: Centering Text in Menu

There are lots of older themes with menu text justification, but I assume that OB dropped it at some point - I am still searching for in which version it was last available.

Re: Centering Text in Menu

^ See, that's why I went looking, I remember seeing themes with "right justified" menus.

@Dobbie03 - no problem anything to help.

Re: Centering Text in Menu

Im pretty sure i have seen this in the fluxbox menu. Its a shame openbox cant do it, would be a nice little aesthetic addition.
