[solved] Prevent changing desktops with mousewheel

Bunsenlabs is running on Virtualbox (from Oracle, not Jessie repos) on a Jessie (AMD64) host:

I'd like to prevent the mousewheel from changing desktops.  I often end up jumping desktops unintentionally.  I found one post that mentioned this problem, and it was suggested to edit rc.xml.

I've pulled up rc.xml in Geany and scrolled through it several times, but it's not apparent what I need to edit.  There's nothing that seems to address this behaviour in the desktops, or the mousebind sections.

Also..... maybe a separate problem:

Scrolling seems to make web pages jump back to (or partially back to) where I started.  This happens in Bunsenlabs and MX16, so maybe this is a Virtualbox problem?

That did it, Thank you!

I've now disabled it in both my Bunsenlabs VMs.

I'll make a new post somewhere about the other problem when I get aggrivated about it enough.
