So I just installed bl this morning and it has been working well, I restarted it many times and used apt-get update many times.
Then I got a notification that I need to restart my PC to apply updates or something.
Once I restarted my whole screen was flashing black like crazy, when I kept left clicking it stopped but if I right click or open literally anything but terminal, the screen starts flashing.
Im using amd r9 390 gpu and Intel 6600K cpu.

Skylake is poorly supported OOTB in BunsenLabs, that GPU also needs some backported packages, at least according to this thread:
http://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=127555
Try upgrading the kernel first:

If you still have video problems then you can try a newer video driver blob:

Updated kernel to 4.4.0-59-generic (not sure if it was updated to newest or not because I dont know about the versions)
but still having the problem.
And when I try to do the install command for amd it says that fglrx-driver is not found
Also, now I rebooted my computer couple times, for some reason my ubuntu which I used to install bl opened for some reason and asked me to log in, once I did everything is now working correctly.
But if ubuntu doesnt happen, I have the graphics problems.
