Root workgroup domain password problem.

Im trying to install an epson stylus sx200 via usb cable through system > printers > configure printers > add > network printer > find network printer. I get the pop-up "You must log in to access Username: root Domain: WORKGROUP, but the root password isn't working.
Please help

You should go to terminal and enter command:

$ gksudo system-config-printer

It will ask you your 'sudo password' ... enter it, and enjoy your printing.
