Hi, so I came back from holidays in England. Turned on and realised that I forgot the password. I tried to change it using "init=/bash/bin" code can be wrong but I tried it, but it didin't helped.

You can reboot, once GRUB screen pops up, hit the 'e' key. Add the 'single' parameter to the line of parameters.. (same line as the word 'quiet' or 'splash' if you have those set) Press enter to accept and reboot. You should be able to get in via single user mode. Then you should boot into a recovery/rescue mode where you can use the
passwd
command to reset the password.
Likewise, Getting a livecd to boot from and changing the password with the passwd command should work for ya.

It shows that password was changed successfully but when I reboot and try to login it shows incorrect password. And I don't have Live CD.

Not sure if you want to, but lightDM offers a way to autofill the username for you, so you don't have to type and enter it in
If you edit /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf
as root, and change 'gtk-greeter hide user' line to 'false'. Save it, then reboot. And you should have your login name auto filled.
