I think I'm sorry to bother with such an issue, since I read that I need to configure stuff after installing and running grsec kernel, it is not like just install and forget..  but probably why I mentioned that issue that I tried to do the same with many other distros and got no issue after installing grsec kernels and with no any further configurations, any way, I used "4.4.0-1-grsec-amd64"

Please post the full output of:

sudo sysctl -a|grep grsecurity

Please also post the *exact* command(s) that you used to install and configure grsec

Re: Most Apps failed to run with Grsecurity

As you see that installation going to remove these stuff:
Remv task-lxde-desktop [3.31+deb8u1]
Remv task-desktop [3.31+deb8u1]
Remv xserver-xorg-input-all [1:7.7+7]
Remv xserver-xorg-input-vmmouse [1:13.0.0-1+b3]

still my system is still working without them  roll
now, I  moved the /etc/sysctl.d/grsec.conf to another location  just in case  neutral
I checked  /etc/sysctl.d/sysctl.conf  > /etc/sysctl.conf and no any modifications done there when the gresec got installed.
