I am not sure if it makes sense to automatically install this package or not. I did not know about this package for a long time, but now that I do, I install this to all my machines. This basically tells you if there are any packages on your system that do not have security support anymore. This of course probably causes more harm than good for newcomers, if they get frightened by a message that some package does not receive security updates anymore.

However, it might make sense to let the user know about this package in the developer art of the bl-welcome script?
