For me: Index - bottom left.

Guess it's a theme thing. Check the Index Page.

^ Yup, it depends on the theme.

Interestingly, the "CrunchbangTwoion" theme doesn't have that option at all.

@OP: Which theme are you using?

Go to "Profile" → "Display" → "Styles" to switch themes.

The CrunchbangTwoion theme has everything ripped out what I didn't like or didn't deem necessary at the time. So expect more buttons to be missing.
