If you get a blank text window, you may need to edit the command to reflect the new docs path

/usr/share/bunsen/docs/helpfile-menu.txt

Haha, I just noticed this myself by your reference to it in the  menu thread

But yea in the menu.xml file, it's still pointing to the  "ugly" old path:

/usr/share/bunsen/bunsen-docs/helpfile-menu.txt
