Blob Preconfigurations for the Release

Maybe 4 presets, all with custom themes (and possibly icons since this is a bloat release anyway) and custom tint2 and conky setups. I could do tint2 panels on top, right, bottom and left and we could have cusomizations to compliment them.

A good idea for featuring damo's hard work?

I think it's a good idea, but wonder if it might be too much work for the upcoming release?

There are still a few kinks here and there left to be ironed out, but it looks as if the release might not be all that far away. Still, if you and - especially - damo think some Blob presets can be put together reasonably quickly...

I'm still not convinced that this idea would be easy(-ish) to implement, mainly because of screen sizes and multi-monitor/widescreen desktops. Most pre-configured setups would need immediate editing to be useable in those situations.

Presumably there would also have be tests for any bunsen `extras` installed - backgrounds, icons etc.

It sounds like a lot of work to provide something that a user would probably change immediately. Also, the website showcases examples.

OK, sounds reasonable. I can open a thread for this in Artwork & Screenshots if I feel the urge.
