^ Nice, great icon set I've never heard of. Full KDE desktop, 1.5G out of 16G. Noctalia shell is 1.1 or so out of my 12G, GNOME is 1.2 or so. Full Cosmic was what at idle? You posted the output of 'free' which is in kibibytes, which I've never even heard of...

Personally, with that wall, I'd go with the dark Breeze theme, Breeze icons, and use Plasma's color-picker to theme everything (I think it's in Plasma's settings, search for 'colors'). Where was that scrot I posted fairly recently?...
A few pages back...

This whole sub-forum is extra slow thanks to all the postimages links, that hosting service is REALLY struggling to give up the goods.
Why why why why?!!???

Cosmic might be light and great (I doubt it, though), I'm just a bit weary of all the glorifying press it's been getting, especially when it was still in beta. So I started blasting.
It's Xfinity screwing things up, not postimages. I should get downloads at 100Mbps, right now it's being throttled to 15. Why? Yes it's Saturday night here, but how much traffic is tiny Fort Pierce, FL getting right now? Mother Effers.
Why why why why?!!???

Beardog Trixie Debian 13
» Terminator no longer transparent
» cannot install conky v1.9, dependency issues, but some work, like the two on the bottom with native v1.9 code
» » non-transparent and cannot click on them
» » DEAD space on the desktop to get OB Menu. What a shame!
» I can still [Alt]+Left-click to move them and [Alt]+right-click to resize them though.
» » » probably lose those functions when they get converted to v1.22.1
IF I could code I'd fork conky 1.9 and call it conky 1.9.1a
» the v1.9 would remain forever the "a" would change for bug or minor fixes:
» » » a to b to c etc.
» major upgrades v1.9.1a, v1.9.2a, v1.9.3a, etc.
But I can't code so it's a pipe dream.
EDIT: (before posting) - found a way to make conkys transparent with conky v1.22.1 using conky v1.9.06 code before actually posting the screen shot. Hmmmmmm maybe I will keep the Conky v.1.9 format and use my SSC scripts to "Start Stop Conky" when I want to read them / not see them.

What did Pixhost do to get itself banned in the UK?

Not sure. But found this post. Couple of posts down from there is a java script to change the url from .to to .cc
Hmmmmmm!
Does this help? .to images above and now .cc here.
https://pixhost.cc/I just copied the code above and changed the .to to .cc and it works for me.
Also changed my bookmark to pixhost·cc (with a .)

Same sort of thing Imgur did. Noncompliance with the new regulations. But I think Pixhost took it upon themselves to block the UK from accessing the site.

Is that the same with the .cc ending as well?
I find Imgur to slow.

Strange, I cannot post an image there unless I actually select: [Adult(xxx)] or [Family Safe]
And now the light bulb goes on - pixhost did not ask me to verify MY age.

I don't know. Never really used Imgur.

I'm trying to find a decent FREE image hosting site. That do you use?

nice list of options - https://forums.bunsenlabs.org/viewtopic.php?id=9569
I use postimage at the moment since imgbox is [still] down.
freeimage.host is good (didn't see it in that thread), but the thumbnails for forums get cropped:
may have to go back to freeimage and imgBB since postimage is loading so slow these days.
You must unlearn what you have learned.

Postimages seems the most reliable.

I think that's what imgur did too, because they didn't want to comply with the UK conditions.
