Never heard of Equilux gtk theme or bluecurve icons before.

Thanks. I can't remember quite where I got the Bluecurve icons from, but they are the old RedHat ones from way, way back. I remember having to fiddle with them to get all the folder icons to work, i.e. music, videos, documents, etc. They have that retro, slightly 3d look I find appealing now that everything is flat and hard to tell apart.

It is the ADELE light font, which I assume is meant to look like her album covers. I have had it sitting in my fonts folder forever, as I like the numbers for my clock, so I don't remember exactly where I got it, but I believe this is the same one: ADELE Font at wfonts.
