I thought that was solved with resizing gtk-2.0/assets/frame.png to 10px. Is there still an issue other than me uploading the corrected themes?

I lost my phone and just got another one running. Note to the wise, if you have 2-factor authentication set up to your phone and you lose your phone, you're fucked.

I'll get the themes uploaded to GitHub by the weekend.

Quite possibly not.
But will have no idea without actually being able to try the new themes...
