Re: [DONE] Boron suggestions

I'm a simple man, I stick with FF because Dobbie03 uses FF.

Seriously, Chromium = GUGL and GUGL is not my cuppa tea.

LOL Don't use it because I do, use it because it's the best!

I do, the fact that you do too makes for a great line!

The 'serious' part is the second line.

When I looked at thorium browser, it was about 900MB installed size vs about 250MB for Firefox, does not seem like a good match for a lean system.

Re: [DONE] Boron suggestions

A small annoyance I have with BL (not only BL actually) is that the numlock is not on by default. I believe that is more a 'non US' thing. Because when using qwerty the number row is active by default. For me (azerty) that needs shift+ number. That makes that I almost never use the number row but use the numpad instead.

I installed 'numlockx' . And that works. - At least after login. Not yet found how to get that active for the login screen.

So, my suggestion;
Put in the welcome script the question/option;
'Do you wish numlock key to be switched on by default?'

^ Sometimes it can be toggled on/off in the BIOS/UEFI. Worth a look.

BTW now that Boron has been released, this thread should be closed. I won't lock it, but mark it [DONE]. Please post any new feature requests here in "Development & Suggestions", or bug reports in "Bug Reports".
