The problem may have been solved by adjusting the tint2 config as shown in earlier replies.

You could toggle the panel off to see if that resolves the issue. This would at least show if it is tint2 or not.

^ It's a spammer.
They like to copy-paste random content from elsewhere (sometimes even from some other forum).
Sometimes they come back to edit their posts to include spam links.
Or the spam links are in their signature, or sidebar.

Good spot with the copy/paste. I hadn't found any StopForumSpam hits when they registered (and still none). I've banned them anyway.
