@Nili, thanks for the confirmation. It's a weird bit of RAM usage, and apparently not experienced by everyone, or else it's just not noticed. By the way, fonts-noto is the default Lithium font set, if I recall correctly.

When someone have enough memory space, doesn't mind very much how the memory is used. While other that runs minimalistic system, I believe they've easier to diagnose settings.

I don't use fonts-noto, but when i tested it not too long ago i noticed a bit slowdown when doing "fc-cache -f -v", aswell a little load on the mem.
In my opinion the font directory should not be full especially with unused fonts.

Well, these crap are nothing to user who have newest hardware, those can simple ignore these things. I care because i only have old stuff still running...
