When someone have enough memory space, doesn't mind very much how the memory is used. While other that runs minimalistic system, I believe they've easier to diagnose settings.

I don't use fonts-noto, but when i tested it not too long ago i noticed a bit slowdown when doing "fc-cache -f -v", aswell a little load on the mem.
In my opinion the font directory should not be full especially with unused fonts.

Well, these crap are nothing to user who have newest hardware, those can simple ignore these things. I care because i only have old stuff still running...
