Retired but also a raconteur, writer, and poet. Does that make me also a professional babbler? Perhaps.  tongue  ]:D

Re: What's your day job?

I think someone already asked the question, but I searched and couldn't find it in the forums. For myself, Windows Sys Admin, MCSE, Cisco Admin... why do you think I got started in linux!!! It's just interesting to see how we all ended up here! Also for me, huge crunchbanger!

Re: What's your day job?

Windows sysadmin here also.

As for why I got into linux, it just seemed fun. I'd consider myself an intermediate/power user as there's still a lot to learn. I don't plan on doing a LAMP stack or anything. Just like to fiddle around when the mood strikes me.

Is that a fancy name for courier?

@damo...Sounds like a cool job.  I figured you were into IT and/or graphics design.

Me...unemployed.

Re: What's your day job?

Thanks KrunchTime! I could have sworn I saw it previously... it sucks to get old!
I thought about seeing something from HoaS about motorcycles, but I could not remember.
I also remember somebody posting pictures of their bicycle as well! Sorry as my 8 year old son tells me,

There is a forum area just for us BTW - The Over-the-Hill-BunsenGang Thread. I'd forgotten all about it!
